Jessica: Today I finished designing the numbers, and mow they are incredibly pretty. Kyla also helped design the numbers.
I drilled the holes in the numbers so we could attach them. I helped Kyla attach the numbers. I wrote my incredible biography (which happened to be longer than everyone elses).
I also watch Chris help the 187 team with something. I learned what a rivet is!!!!
Chris:I got the Bom started and the blog entry for the last time put on. Helped the 187 team with bending polycarbonate.
Kyla:I helped Jessica by coloring the numbers. I marked the holes so Jessica could drill them and watched her do that. I also wrote my biography (which happens to be AMAZING,
WAY better the Jessica's), recorded the number of pieces and beat up on Chris a lot.

Comments:
Christopher: I added a small amount of code that defines what happens when button four is pressed, this sets the right servo to 255
therefore lading the program to the max servo position and allows for the dumping of the pucks. This takes presidency over the
function that sets the bucket to be parallel to the floor by taking account of the bucket position.
Terry:
i put on more weight to the bumper
Rebuilt the arm and tried the new programing, the motor started to smoke and the arm would fall down instead of coming down slowly.

the bucket we wanted and drilled the holes needed to secure the bucket into the arm mechanism. This worked out well and the bucket is in just the right place we want it to be in.

2. Get the bucket servos working.

Chris: I managed to get the touch sensor mounted with Jessica's help. Then I got the touch sensor into the programing, what I wrote will

This was from the scrimmage on January 17-18.

I attached the arm to the robot. The screws were on wrong on the servo bracket. They were to short, so we needed to replace them with longer screws. They held the servo bracket to the arm.
From testing the robot out, we need to drive the robot up the ramp backwards so that the motors propel the robot forward. We were going to attach the gears and motor to the arm so it can move. We couldn't figure out how to attach the tube so we switched to an axle. Then we had some problems with the size of the gear. We used the larger ones. But even after we set it all up, it STILL wouldn't move.
Sunday:
Once we had the arm working we had some problems with it. It would slam down. We experimented a couple times and it finally vanished. But we couldn't get up the ramp because there was too much weight. I put the battery in the front/back and it WORKED!!!
